Creative, Fun Account Management Role at Nationally Recognized Sculpture Design Studio
Looking for an exciting position that is fun, challenging, creative, and offers a great opportunity for growth? Interested in a job that offers an excellent work/life balance, with a schedule of 9am - 4pm Monday - Thursday in our design studio, and flexible remote work on Fridays? Do you have top-notch sales, communication and organization skills, and want to apply those to an expanding, creative design studio with a global footprint? Then look no further!
We are a nationally recognized sculpture design studio with blue-chip clients located across the globe. We specialize in creating high-end custom awards. Our design studio is a dynamic, creative, and flexible work environment located in the beautiful Sierra Nevada foothills in Placerville, CA.
We are looking for an Account Manager to work with clients from initial inquiry through project completion. There are both pre-sales and post-sales components to this role. From a pre-sales perspective, you will be responsible for responding to potential clients when they make a purchase inquiry via phone or email, assessing their needs, and then developing a specific proposal that meets these requirements. From a post-sales perspective, you will serve as a project manager to ensure that the client’s award project gets produced and delivered on time and on budget. This will entail working with clients, designers, and outside production vendors.
The successful candidate must have previous sales experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills and be extremely client-service oriented. The candidate should also be outgoing and comfortable being proactive in their interactions with both potential and existing clients. Additionally, given the nature of our work, they should have an excellent eye for design. Finally, the candidate must be very organized and detail oriented.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a base pay of $22-$25/hour DOE. After a three-month probationary period, employees will be eligible for paid vacation and participation in the company’s profit-sharing program.
Work Schedule
Approximately 32-40 hours per week. The job will require on-site work from 9am – 4pm Monday through Thursday. Some work from home may be required on Fridays depending on lead volume and workload.
