Job Description

Administrative Assistant - Global Private Investment Firm

Our client, a well-known private investment firm, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their support team as a Floater!

You will need to be a strong communicator to effectively partner with key stakeholders as you seamlessly organize meeting schedules, travel plans, and other important company initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a collaborative team at a top firm!

This position reports to the office in Greenwich, CT daily, Monday - Friday.

Compensation range is between $70-80k base + bonus and OT

Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming calls and correspondence
  • Setting up for meetings and managing conference room calendars
  • Maintaining complex executive calendars
  • Arranging international and domestic travel plans and itineraries
  • Submitting expense reports
  • Maintaining a neat and stocked office space
  • Covering for reception desk as needed
  • Providing administrative support to teams as needed

Requirements:

  • Energetic, motivated, and team-oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Personable and flexible to adapt to last-minute changes in schedule
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • CT Notary License
