Job Description

Our client, a national law firm, is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant to support their busy Washington, DC office starting ASAP!

Responsibilities:

• Manage document collection, review, and organization.
• Ensure client files are being properly setup and filed.
• Prepare correspondence and engagement letters.
• Perform research, proofreading, and editing.
• Assist with other duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of administrative experience are required.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred, preferably in political science, economics, or philosophy.
• Experience on the hill is a plus!
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, graphics, and computer/software skills required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be proactive with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation/Benefits:

• Pays $23/hr-$28/hr, depending on experience.
• Starting ASAP!
• 100% onsite from 9am-5:30pm.
• Metro accessible office in Washington, DC.
