Job Description

I'm hiring! Excellent firm located in Uptown Houston is seeking a receptionist!

Front Desk Coverage:

  • Greet visitors and clients, manage incoming phone calls, and direct them appropriately.
  • Handle mail, deliveries, and office communication in a professional manner.
  • Assure coverage of the front desk.

Office Maintenance/Tasks:

  • Monitor and coordinate building service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Keep office supplies stocked and place orders as needed.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and ensure the workplace is organized and well-maintained.
  • Proactively schedule office lunches, birthday celebrations, happy hour, etc.
