Job Type: Full-time

Salary + Medical Insurance, Yearly Bonus for outstanding performance

Job Duties:

  • Assist the manager at property management department.
  • Collect rent, give notice, file eviction and assist handling court hearing
  • Assist all aspects of management to make sure team running smoothly
  • Communicate with owner and property management team for lease approval and update in computer system and send the lease
  • Communicate with owners and perform maintenance, routine maintenance, property upkeep and repairs
  • Respond to On-Call Emergency in a timely manner. May require overtime, holiday, and weekend work
  • Performs corrective maintenance and satisfied residents need following company procedures when performing service requests.
  • Work with a team and under the supervision of the Property Manager, Director of Operations and Broker
  • Desire to work diligently on administrative duties to include but not limited to lease documents, delinquencies, work orders, invoices, filing, updating spreadsheets
  • Leading by example: Maintain a positive living environment for residents through prompt conflict resolution and consistent follow-up, Maintain good relationship with tenants, client, prospectors and team,communicate and work amicably with office assistants, accounting, tenants, owners, and vendors High level of attention to detail

Qualifications:

  • Ability to interpret and fully understand leases and related documents
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Exceptional administrative/organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong general computer skills with intermediate level or above knowledge of Google Apps (Gmail, Drive, etc.) Docusign, ZipForms, Propertyware, Appfolio
  • Proven ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality of work and positive, upbeat, professional demeanor
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic
  • TX Real Estate License Preferred
  • Have a positive attitude and take direction well, be a team player and complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Understand local, state and federal fair housing and real estate laws. Understand Texas lease documents
  • Be able to commute to our office near the Arboretum
  • Have knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs
  • Have desire to learn or have knowledge of Property Ware, Meld, Docusign, and Zipforms

Salary: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
