Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Site Merchandiser to join the Things Remembered team. In this role, you will play a vital part in curating and optimizing our online product presentation to drive customer engagement and sales. This is an entry-level position, ideal for individuals with 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce or merchandising, preferably within high-end or luxury brands.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Launch Coordination:

• Collaborate with various teams to input and maintain product information, photography and metadata in the system; ensure all required fields are completed accurately before products go live.
• Maintain a comprehensive launch calendar to track timelines and ensure deadlines are met.

2. Copywriting:

• Write compelling and accurate product descriptions that capture brand tone and highlight key features.
• Develop SEO-driven content to improve product visibility and search rankings, driving traffic to the site.

3. Merchandising & Optimization:

• Strategically merchandise products on landing pages to create visually appealing and shoppable assortments.
• Update and refresh category and collection pages regularly to align with seasonal themes and promotional strategies.

4. Performance Analysis:

• Track and analyze product, category, and collection performance using KPIs such as conversion rates, click-through rates, site search rankings and sales data.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve results.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce, merchandising, or a related field, preferably with a high-end or luxury brand.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and their application in product descriptions.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience working with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Creative and strategic mindset with a passion for luxury retail
