Job Title: Associate Production Area Specialist I

Location: 100% Onsite, Carlsbad, CA 92008

Pay Rate: $16 - $17 per hour

Duration: 6 months Contract

Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (to align with later employee schedules)

Overview:

We are seeking an Associate Production Area Specialist I to join our team in Carlsbad, CA. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all components of high-quality golf clubs are accurately picked, handled, modified, and prepared for assembly. Attention to detail, physical dexterity, and the ability to follow precise specifications are essential to ensure every component meets quality standards before entering the assembly line.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Verify Component Quality: Inspect parts and ensure correct part numbers before use to ensure accuracy.
• Safely Handle and Transport: Move components to various production stations while ensuring safe handling throughout the process.
• Modify Components: Make modifications to components to meet specified dimensions and tolerances.
• Confirm Specifications: Verify that components meet the required specifications for each production run.
• Operate Equipment: Use specialized equipment to grip and bend golf club shafts and heads according to design standards.
• Adjust Settings: Adjust settings and modify components as necessary to meet quality benchmarks.
• Alter Components: Fine-tune components to meet the required standards before the final assembly process.
• Safety Protocols: Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent combined education and experience.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow clear, written instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Familiarity with product styles and part number identification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Professional communication and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds .
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
