Automotive Service Cashier

Full-Time Opportunity - 5 day work week
?? Schedule: Monday – Friday, including Saturdays
?? Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

What You'll Do:

As a Service Cashier , you'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and friendly checkout experience for our service customers. Responsibilities include:

• Accurately process customer payments (cash, check, credit card) and provide receipts.
• Reconcile customer invoices and close out open repair orders.
• Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care, escalating issues when needed.
• Maintain and organize repair orders, parts invoices, rental forms, and other documents.
• Support the service and parts departments with phone coverage and clerical tasks.
• Stay informed on our products, services, and pricing updates.
• Keep your work area and appearance clean and professional at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team.
