Role Description

This is a part-time ($18/hr) on-site role for a Boutique Sales Associate located in Austin, TX. The Boutique Sales Associate will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, maintaining the appearance of the store, managing inventory, and processing sales transactions. Daily tasks will also include providing product knowledge, creating a welcoming environment for customers, contributing to sales goals, and handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally as well as opening and closing procedures. Qualifications

Customer Service and Interpersonal skills to assist and engage with customers
Sales and Retail Management skills to achieve sales goals and handle transactions
Product Knowledge and Merchandising skills to provide information and maintain store appearance
Communication and Problem-solving skills for addressing customer inquiries and issues
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying schedules as needed
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus
Previous retail or sales experience is preferred
