Role: Chargeback Specialist
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Onsite: 5 days/week
Duration: 5 Plus Months Part-time
Description:
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced collections team? If
you’re interested in gaining hands-on experience at a dynamic real estate tech company, this
part-time opportunity could be an excellent fit. We’re seeking a Part-Time Chargeback Specialist
to support our collections operations by managing and responding to credit card disputes.
Position Summary
● Retrieve, review, investigate, and complete the established process requirements to
manage and prepare responses to incoming chargeback disputes from merchant sites.
● Create a Salesforce case based on the received chargeback dispute
● Research and respond to credit card disputes received from Credit Card companies as
needed
● Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on chargeback and credit check matters.
Qualifications
● A minimum of 1 year of experience in a chargeback support role, or in collections or
customer service support capacity, is required.
● Strong verbal and writing communication skills
● Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
● High School diploma or equivalent required.
