As Chief of Staff, you will directly support the executive leadership team as a key generalist, managing essential projects across HR, Operations, Facilities, Global Expansion, Marketing, and Finance. The role is rigorous, requiring immense focus, precise attention to detail, and complete accountability - expectations are high, reflecting the strategic importance and visibility of this position. This person does not need to be experienced in all of the above categories, but should be ready to learn quickly and tackle new challenges.

NEEDED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Ability to quickly learn and take ownership in ambiguous, high-impact situations.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Comfortable supporting complex financial, legal, and operational processes.

HELPFUL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Demonstrated track record managing strategic initiatives, process improvements, and projects across multiple departments.
• Skills in facility management, office negotiations, or planning and executing company-wide events and meals.
• Talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and immigration support
• Experience developing strategic marketing initiatives, including content creation, product marketing, and partnerships.
• Previous involvement with equity management or related administrative tasks.
• Experience supporting annual finance projects: tax returns, R&D credits, or company valuations (409a)
• HR experience in startup settings
• Background in robotics or hardware-focused organizations

DETAILS

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Travel: required, ~1% with potential international travel
