We are seeking a Chief of Staff for a high-net-worth individual, overseeing their professional needs and domestic staff. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and organized with experience managing and building a team in a domestic environment.
Responsibilities:
*Manage calendar/scheduling (personal & professional)
*Communicate on behalf of Principal (ensuring effective representation of Principal's interests)
*Lead ad hoc projects (real estate, philanthropy, investments, etc)
*Oversee day-to-day operations (staff, budgets, vendors, etc)
*Approve invoicing
*Budget preparations
*Oversee all domestic staff (hiring, scheduling, management)
*Partner with Human Resources regarding household staff compensation
*Ensure proper inventory of all valuables (art, wine, etc)
The Principal has various households, predominantly between Manhattan and Eastern Long Island. The ability to build strong relationships, quickly grasp and solve problems, and work with the utmost discretion is key in this role.
