Empowered Staffing is excited to partner with a top-tier real estate investment firm specializing in high-growth multi-family, self-storage, and industrial assets across the U.S. As the company continues to grow, they are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Investment Analyst to join its team Skokie, IL, and deliver key financial insights for real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling to track cash flow, capital, and project performance.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and develop predictive models to assess acquisition opportunities.
• Work on asset management projects to provide data-driven insights and aid in strategic decisions.
• Confidently present findings and analyses to Executives, Partners, and Investors.

What They Are Looking For:

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-5 years in Real Estate Finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (modeling, waterfall analysis) and real estate software, including Argus Enterprise and RealPage Asset Monitoring.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service orientation, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a positive, energetic demeanor.
