Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Real Estate Appraiser to join our team. This role involves conducting thorough valuations of commercial properties, analyzing market trends, and preparing comprehensive appraisal reports for clients. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of real estate valuation methodologies, and the ability to communicate findings effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed appraisals of commercial properties, including office buildings, retail spaces, industrial properties, and multifamily housing.
• Research, analyze, and interpret real estate market trends, sales comparisons, and income/expense data.
• Prepare and present clear, well-supported appraisal reports in compliance with industry standards (USPAP, FIRREA, etc.).
• Collaborate with clients, lenders, investors, and government agencies to provide valuation insights.
• Conduct site inspections and assess property conditions, zoning regulations, and environmental factors.
• Utilize appraisal software and tools to compile and analyze property data.
• Stay up to date with local and national real estate market conditions and regulatory changes.
• Maintain appropriate state license and professional designations (if required).

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial real estate appraisal.
• Strong knowledge of appraisal methodologies, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.
