LHH is partnering with a great company who is in need of a compliance analyst in San Francisco, CA.
Responsibilities:
• Investment baking prior experience and knowledge in key industry risks and using Thomson Reuters WorldCheck.
• AML monitoring and screening (review of customer transactions for suspicious activity).
• Verify the identity and assess the risk profile of customers (KYC).
• Review of KYC records as to completeness, verify due diligence has been performed, files are current and up to date, conduct additional ad hoc compliance assignments as requested.
Experience:
• Responding to KYC requests from vendors and lenders, reviewing new prospects, mitigating risks, and validating KYC documentation.
• Support customer and compliance certification audits, quarterly assessments.
• Experience with global KYC.
• Experienced with not only reviewing requests but generating a request, know how KYC works, how it works with international banking.
• KYC annual renewal and initial request related deals (experience with both).
Role:
• This is a permanent, full-time role.
• First week will be onsite for training then 2 days working in their San Francisco, CA office and 3 days working from home.
• Working hours are 9am to 6pm CST (working with their Texas team).
