Stites & Harbison, PLLC , a full-service law firm with a nationally recognized construction practice, is seeking a skilled and experienced construction attorney with 5+ years of practice to join our Construction Service Group in the firm’s Lexington, Kentucky office.
Our group handles complex, high-value matters for a diverse client base in the construction industry, with a strong emphasis on sophisticated transactional work. We are looking for an attorney who brings sound judgment, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of construction law.
The role primarily involves negotiating and drafting construction contracts and related transactional work, with the potential for litigation involvement depending on the firm’s needs and the candidate’s interests. Candidates should have a strong academic background and demonstrated excellence in legal research, writing, analysis, and communication. While not required, prior experience in engineering, architecture, or the construction industry will be considered favorably.
