Job Description

The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

• Lead and manage project teams, including field crews and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Resolve project issues and conflicts.

Quality Control & Risk Management:

• Ensure projects meet quality standards and specifications.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks.

• Client Relations:
• Maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Communicate project progress and updates to clients.

• Financial Management:
• Manage project budgets and costs.
• Prepare and submit project reports.

• Other Duties:
• Conduct site inspections.
• Participate in project kick-off and pre-construction meetings.
• Manage contracts and procurement.
• Utilize project management software eg: Procore

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Office TI / Bank TI Project Management experience
• Project Experience MUST include the following: Office TI and Bank TI or Credit Union TI (Ground up considered also)
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
• Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
