The Role

The Controller will lead the Accounting Department, providing financial oversight and strategic solutions to maintain and enhance the company’s accounting practices. Reporting to the CFO, this position plays a vital role in budgeting, expense control, and financial reporting. The Controller is responsible for ensuring compliance with fiscal regulations, tax requirements, and all applicable laws while continuously monitoring the organization’s financial health. This individual will also analyze trends to mitigate financial risk, create detailed budgets to meet the needs of various departments, and guide leadership with actionable insights. Furthermore, the Controller will manage a team of accounting professionals, oversee their growth, and ensure the department operates at peak efficiency.
