Job Title: Customer Service Representative

In Office/Hybrid/Remote: In office

Hourly Rate: $25/hr

Job Summary:

LHH is working with a consumer services company in Hamilton, NJ to hire a temporary to permanent Customer Service Representative. The qualified candidate should have at least 2 – 3 years of customer service skills from a retail setting or corporate office. Automobile industry experience is a plus. The hours are 9AM to 5PM Monday through Thursday and 9AM to 3:30PM on Friday. This role is 100% in office.

Responsibilities:

• Take escalation calls from customers regarding end of lease billing questions
• Explain charges including vehicle damages, over mileage, disposition fee, etc. in order to help customers understand better
• Negotiate payment terms with the customer as needed
• Listen to customer concerns and de-escalate in order to come to a mutual agreement
• Assist with any other tasks involving customer accounts

Required Experience:

• High School Diploma
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, retail or corporate
• Strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
