What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead with Purpose : Inspire, mentor, and build a high-performing asset management team focused on innovation and results.
• Report with Precision: Deliver timely and detailed updates on asset performance, renovations, and operational strategies to executive leadership.
• Master the Numbers: Prepare and submit construction draws, comprehensive monthly lender and investor reports, and detailed annual property budgets—all within strict deadlines. Your precision and timeliness will drive our operational excellence.
• Lead with Financial Insight : Forecast property cash flows and distributions with unparalleled accuracy. Provide insightful commentary on discrepancies, delivering a clear picture of financial performance that empowers decision-making.
• Champion Compliance : Ensure all assets meet lender and insurance covenants with diligence and expertise. Address compliance issues proactively to safeguard our operational integrity and reputation.
• Streamline with Tech : Harness technological tools to enhance efficiency and maximize results.
• Set the Standard : Refine operating procedures to ensure consistency, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Seamlessly Integrate : Oversee asset transitions from acquisition to management with flawless execution.
• Drive Success : Monitor asset performance, provide actionable insights, and hit (or exceed!) financial goals.
• Stay Ahead : Research and propose innovative strategies to enhance asset profitability and performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience & Expertise : 5-7 years of multifamily asset management experience, including 2-3 years in leadership within a private equity setting.
• Visionary Thinker : Proactive and able to see the “big picture.”
• Tech-Savvy : Skilled in systems implementation, with AI experience a plus.
• Collaborative Leader : Build and inspire strong teams with a shared vision of success.
• Financial Whiz : Sharp financial acumen and Microsoft Office proficiency (Entrata experience preferred).
• Educational Edge : Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

The Details:

• Location : Phoenix, AZ (In-person role)
• Schedule : Full-time, 8-hour shifts
• Pay : $140,000-$150,000/year
• Drug-Free Workplace : Background check and pre-employment drug test required.
