Director of Operations – Join a Rapidly Growing Company!

We are looking for dynamic and experienced Directors of Operations to join our rapidly growing team at Partnerships for Dentists . As a thriving organization, we are always on the lookout for talented leaders to add to our expanding team. This position is a new addition to our leadership group, and you will have the exciting opportunity to directly shape the future of up to 7 dental practices we support. We are committed to empowering our doctor partners and helping them excel in every aspect of their business. What You'll Do:

• Lead Operations: Take full responsibility for the operational efficiency of up to 7 dental practices.
• Drive Performance: Manage key metrics such as budgets, P&Ls, expenses, payroll, collections, and staff productivity.
• Strategic Leadership: Meet regularly with practices to review KPIs and strategic initiatives for growth, profitability, and excellence.
• Improve Efficiency: Identify areas for improvement and create actionable plans to optimize processes and achieve better results.
• Collaborate: Build strong, trusting relationships with partner doctors, office leaders, and team members to enhance teamwork and collaboration.
• Monitor Financials: Oversee A/R, payables, cash reconciliation, and practice audits to ensure fiscal responsibility and financial stability.

What You Bring:

• Dental Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the dental field, with a deep understanding of dental office operations.
• Strong Financial Acumen: Ability to manage P&Ls, budgets, and expenses, with proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision-making.
• Servant Leadership: A leadership style focused on supporting, mentoring, and developing others.
• Proven Success: A track record of stability and success in previous roles with demonstrated operational excellence.
• Problem Solving: Ability to analyze data and make impactful operational decisions.
• Relationship Builder: Excellent communication skills to build rapport and trust with dental professionals, team members, and office leaders.
• Travel Ready: Willingness to travel overnight to maintain an active presence within practices.
