Illium Acquisitions has an opening for an Entry Level Marketing Associate. We're looking for a motivated, outgoing, and driven individual to join our growing team and help expand our marketing footprint across top retail locations. This position is a full-time opportunity located at our office and is fully on-site. The chosen candidate will join a vibrant team dedicated to innovative marketing strategies and superior client satisfaction.

As an Entry Level Marketing Associate, you’ll play a key role in executing our marketing strategies at leading retail locations where we operate. This is a hands-on, in-person position focused on driving brand awareness and customer acquisition through direct engagement. You'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team, where your contributions help uphold our high standards in both marketing and sales. Duties and Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers face-to-face to promote products and share current promotions
• Assess customer needs and recommend personalized solutions
• Support and manage in-store marketing campaigns at high-traffic retail locations
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns
• Participate in team meetings to stay up to date on campaigns and goals
• Track and report individual and team performance

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) is preferred but not required
• Strong interest in marketing and sales with a desire to learn and grow in these areas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
