Job Title: Event Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Event Assistant to join our dynamic team. The Event Assistant will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the coordination and execution of events, both in-person and virtual.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Help create and distribute event materials such as invitations, programs, and signage.
• Manage guest lists and RSVP tracking, ensuring all attendees are accounted for.
• Provide on-site support during events, addressing attendee needs and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Assist with post-event tasks, including collecting feedback, dismantling event setups, and ensuring all materials are accounted for.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as preparing event reports, managing inventory, and keeping track of event budgets.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, guests, and vendors to ensure future collaboration.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of event management software is a plus.
