As an Events Assistant at Sonar Spark, you will play a crucial role in helping organize and execute a wide range of events. Your tasks will include supporting the event planning team, coordinating logistics, managing event schedules, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You will be working closely with clients, vendors, and the internal team to deliver outstanding events that exceed expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events, from concept to completion.
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, catering, transportation, and equipment.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates throughout the event planning process.
  • Prepare and distribute event materials, including invitations, agendas, and promotional materials.
  • Assist with event setup and teardown, ensuring everything is in place for the event to run smoothly.
  • Manage event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Work with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Handle any last-minute issues or changes with flexibility and professionalism.
