Pay Range: $60 - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key Skills:Executive Support, Event management, Calendar Management, Coupa, and MS Excel .
  • Executive Support, Communication, Event management, Calendar Management, Coupa, and MS Excel .
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as Executive Administrative Business Partner, preferably supporting C-Level executives.
  • Handle highly confidential information with complete discretion and integrity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication across all organizational levels.
  • Advanced Outlook calendar management required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
  • Basic project management skills: planning and execution.
  • Identify business issues and coordinate responses with stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with strong time management and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
  • Skilled in travel and event planning (large meetings, off-sites, team events).
  • Cultural steward: fosters a fun, caring workplace.
  • Adaptable, anticipatory, and perseverant in completing tasks despite obstacles.
  • Strong tech familiarity preferred.
