Inhospital physicians (IHP) is a rapidly growing Healthcare Professional management company focused on providing inpatient medical services for hospitals across the nation. We are based in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. We are looking for a Corporate Executive assistant to work in office location
Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize effectively, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
· Manage calendars and schedule meetings.
· Perform clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
· Arrange travel and accommodations.
· Handle confidential information with discretion.
· Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
· Schedule and attend meetings with executives, take notes and record minutes.
· Receive incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
· Perform office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies
· Coordinate and organize events.
· Data Entry
· Assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
· Experience in Healthcare Industry is preferred
