Title: Financial Advisor

Location: North of Boston, MA (Andover, MA or Manchester, NH)

Our client, a well-established and growing financial services firm north of Boston, is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join their team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about financial planning and client relationships rather than a heavy sales focus. The firm offers a collaborative, client-first culture with a hybrid schedule , allowing flexibility to work from home while spending time in the office a few days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor , guiding clients through comprehensive financial planning and wealth management strategies.
• Conduct in-depth client meetings to assess financial goals, risk tolerance, and long-term objectives.
• Develop and implement tailored investment, retirement, estate, and tax planning strategies.
• Manage existing client relationships while onboarding firm-referred clients (minimal sales pressure).
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience and execute customized financial plans.
• Stay informed on market trends, financial products, and industry best practices.
• Contribute to firm-wide initiatives in a growth-driven, team-oriented environment .

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong advising background.
• Series 65 required ; CFP preferred or in progress.
• Strong financial planning expertise with the ability to advise on complex client needs .
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mentality.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team setting.
• Comfortable in a hybrid work environment, with the flexibility to work in-office a few days per week.
