We are representing a prominent, multi-faceted real estate developer headquartered in the Philadelphia suburbs who is seeking a General Counsel to lead their legal operations. This developer's portfolio includes significant holdings in retail, multi-family, and single-family development.
The General Counsel will be responsible for handling commercial retail leasing, negotiating agreements of sale, and leading financing negotiations. among other responsibilities. This role will also manage outside counsel and serve as a key member of the leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of commercial real estate experience, either at a prominent law firm or in-house with another developer.
