The Role:
We are partnering with a vibrant and well-established interior design studio to find a talented & energetic Studio Leader with strong health-care experience. With an impressive portfolio, they deliver thoughtful, functional interiors tailored for modern health-care environments.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, detail-oriented project driver, and natural team leader-someone who thrives in a people-first, flexible environment and has a sharp eye for design quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the studio owner to oversee project delivery, team performance, and overall studio workflow.
Manage key healthcare projects from concept through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client goals are met.
Review and mark up drawing sets, oversee FF&E budgeting and procurement, and guide junior team members through daily design processes.
Maintain the firm's upbeat, balanced studio culture-supporting work-life balance while keeping teams motivated and productive.
Act as a quality control checkpoint across all phases of work, with a keen eye for detail and design integrity.
Coordinate closely with consultants, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
10+ years of interior design or project management experience, with a strong portfolio of healthcare work.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage project schedules, and oversee design documentation.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and easygoing leadership style.
Comfortable working flexibly and independently in a fast-moving environment.
Licensed Interior Designer.
