Job Description

An established and highly regarded multi-specialty ENT clinic is seeking a skilled and motivated Hearing Instrument Specialist to join their team. This busy and rapidly growing practice offers a unique opportunity to be part of an expanding team at the ground level, with the potential to shape the future of hearing healthcare in the community.
Position Highlights
Work in a high-volume ENT/multi-specialty clinic with a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct hearing evaluations and provide customized solutions to patients.
Fit, program, and dispense hearing aids, ensuring excellent performance and follow-up care.
Educate and counsel patients and families on hearing health and device use.
Collaborate closely with ENT providers and other specialists for integrated care.
Requirements
Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) with strong technical and clinical skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
A proactive and team-oriented professional with a focus on patient-centered care.
Bilingual proficiency (preferred) to better serve a diverse patient population.
