We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, personable individual to join our team at our holistic chiropractic office. You must be punctual, organized and have the ability to multitask. Someone who is sharp minded, loves to learn new systems and grow wherever they’re planted will thrive here! We have a busy, yet laid back and warm, office with many prenatal and pediatric patients, so you must thoroughly enjoy children and be okay with noisy times. The right fit for our office has a beautiful balance between interpersonal skills and being tech savvy.
About our office: We are a holistic chiropractic office in St Pete serving families, pregnant and postpartum women, kids, and those who are committed to living a life of optimal wellness. We take a nervous system based approach, helping patients heal from the inside out, transforming their life, naturally. Job Type : Roughly 30-35 hours a week, Monday-Thursday

An average day as our Chiropractic Receptionist could look like:
-Day Starts promptly at 8:30 am. You’ll open the office and set up for the day by answering text messages, answering phone messages and preparing the physical office for patient arrival
-Morning huddle with the doctors and office manager to go over the schedule
-Greet all patients warmly, take payments from patients, create upcoming appointments and log patient care plans
-Answer incoming phone calls and texts during the day to schedule/reschedule patients and onboard new patients, perform scanning, and organization of patient information
-Close the office up and set up for the next day
Schedule:
Monday: 8:30am-12:30pm (Lunch) 1:45pm-6pm
Tuesday: 8:30am-12:30pm (Half Day)
Wednesday: 8:30am-12:30pm (Lunch) 1:45pm-6pm
Thursday: 8:30am-12:30pm (Lunch) 1:45pm-6pm
Friday- OFF
