Job Summary

This role is responsible for serving as administrative liaison to the HR Administration Department supporting a variety of tasks related to managing the department’s general administrative needs.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls inquiries.
• Support with communication and alerts to field team
• Support Audit Process
• Workers Comp Reporting for employee verification
• Garnishment maintenance of legal documents
• Sorting and sending mail.
• Inventory of Office Supplies
• Prepare conference room for meetings and maintain transcript of meeting minutes
• Schedule meetings and appointments for VP as needed.
• Monitor Office equipment and service
• Special projects as needed

Minimum Requirements

• Associate Degree in Business Administration/Finance or equivalent level of knowledge in a relevant field
• 2+ years of administrative support experience (preferably in HR)

Preferred Skills

• Excellent customer service skills with an ability to effectively handle and resolve employee inquires and issues
• Excellent skills using MS Word, Excel, Access and Internet Explorer
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
• Demonstrated high degree of professionalism and integrity
• Excellent problem solving/judgment skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
• Prolonged periods of sitting
