Robert Half is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support our client's dynamic team in a fully remote role. Key Responsibilities
+ Provide administrative support for HR functions, including onboarding, benefits administration, recruitment, and compliance.
+ Coordinate and manage new hire processes, including preparing offer letters, collecting documentation, and facilitating virtual onboarding.
+ Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS (e.g., Workday, ADP).
+ Assist with recruiting efforts, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates and hiring teams.
+ Support employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive remote work culture.
+ Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations by preparing documentation and assisting in audits.
+ Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, payroll, benefits, and other HR-related topics in a timely and professional manner.
+ Collaborate with the HR team to improve processes and promote operational efficiency.
Requirements
+ Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
+ Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an HR support or coordinator role; internships will be considered.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
+ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
+ Proficient with HR software (e.g., Workday, ADP, or similar HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Familiarity with employment laws and HR compliance.
+ Self-directed, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
