HVAC Dispatcher | Temp-Hire | $25-$30/hr DOE | Full-Time; Onsite | Morton, PA

The ideal candidate will play a vital role in coordinating and scheduling HVAC service technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to our customers. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

A Day in the Life of an HVAC Dispatcher

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC service technicians to customer locations based on service requests, priorities, and technician availability.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, updating them on appointment times, delays, or technician arrival.
• Create, update, and manage work orders in the system, ensuring accurate and complete information is provided.
• Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts, resolve customer complaints, and respond to emergencies or last-minute requests.

Requirements for the HVAC Dispatcher position

• 3-5 years of experience as an HVAC Dispatcher or in a similar scheduling/dispatch role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC services, terminology, and industry practices.
• Proficiency in dispatching software and tools (e.g., ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, or similar platforms).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
