Job Responsibilities

• Manage and update payroll data for our India team using Google Sheets with highly complex formulas.
• Perform data entry with high accuracy to ensure payroll calculations are error-free.
• Audit payroll spreadsheets to identify and correct discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with C-Suite team members to verify payroll-related calculations.
• Continuously learn and understand financial data structures to enhance payroll efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (including complex formulas, pivot tables, and error-checking techniques).
• Prior experience in data entry, financial analysis, or spreadsheet management is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial data with discretion and professionalism.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to payroll processes (without prior payroll/HR background).
