Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and curious Junior Data Analyst to join our analytics team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data-driven decision-making and eager to grow in the field of marketing analytics. You will support campaign performance analysis, maintain dashboards, and contribute to reporting efforts across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Problem Solving

• Analyze campaign performance data across digital channels.

• Identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities.

• Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking

Communication

• Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.

• Maintain dashboards and reports that communicate campaign performance and customer behavior.

• Communicate roadblocks, issues, and deadlines effectively.

• Report findings to senior analytics team members.

Reliability

• Ensure timely delivery of recurring reports.

• Maintain accuracy and consistency in data handling and reporting.

• Follow established processes and escalate issues when necessary.

Responsibility

• Take ownership of assigned analytics tasks from start to finish.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal governance policies.

• Support recurring reporting needs.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Required Technical Skills

• Excel / Google Sheets

• SQL

• Data Visualization Tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Qlik)

• Experience with marketing data (Paid Media, Social, Retail, Web Analytics)

Additional Skills (Bonus)

• Python or R

• Knowledge of Ad Servers

• Campaign tagging and UTM tracking

• Familiarity with Data Warehousing, ETL processes, and APIs

Background

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business)

• Internship or project experience in data analysis or digital marketing is a plus

• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and customer behavior analytics
