About the Role:
As a Licensed Massage Therapist at CHHMT you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall well-being. You will provide customized massage treatments based on client needs and preferences, creating a tranquil and healing experience.
Responsibilities:
*Perform professional massage therapy services, including but not limited to Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Hot Stone, and other modalities (training provided for certain modalities if needed).
*Conduct client consultations to assess individual needs, medical history, and desired outcomes.
*Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments.
*Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
*Adhere to sanitation and hygiene standards, ensuring a clean and safe treatment environment.
*Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, providing exceptional customer service.
*Promote and sell spa products and services.
*Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
*Maintain a current and valid Georgia Massage Therapy License.and hold personal liability insurance
*Arrive promptly for scheduled appointments.
*Properly set up and break down treatment rooms.
*Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
*Current and valid Georgia Massage Therapy License is required.
*New graduates are welcome to apply; we offer comprehensive training and mentorship.
*1-5 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist is preferred.
*Knowledge of various massage modalities and techniques.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong customer service orientation.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Passion for wellness and helping others.
*Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
*Professional appearance and demeanor.
