Appointment Scheduler – Freight Logistics

Full-Time | On-Site

Lipsey Logistics is looking for a Freight Appointment Scheduler to coordinate pickup and delivery appointments, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

  • Schedule and adjust freight pickup and delivery appointments to meet carrier and customer needs.
  • Monitor and communicate transit delays, rescheduling as necessary to prevent service failures.
  • Collaborate with Brokerage and Customer Service to improve order transit times.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
  • Maintain positive relationships with carriers and customers while working efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience: 1-6 months in the transportation industry
  • Skills: Strong communication, time management, multitasking, and negotiation abilities. Basic computer and phone skills are essential.
