Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations at a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Denmark, WI. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintenance management, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the day-to-day maintenance operations for the facility.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and minimize production disruptions.
Supervise, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, promoting safety and operational efficiency.
Work closely with production teams to quickly address and resolve equipment-related issues that affect manufacturing processes.
Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
Oversee the procurement and management of spare parts, tools, and materials for maintenance activities.
Analyze equipment performance data to identify opportunities for improvements and cost reduction.
Manage and oversee capital projects, facility upgrades, and other maintenance-related initiatives.
Track and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance equipment reliability, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 8 years of experience in maintenance management or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing maintenance teams.
In-depth knowledge of industrial equipment, machinery, and systems.
Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) or similar maintenance management software.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
In-depth understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance within a manufacturing setting.
Experience with budgeting and cost management for maintenance operations.
