Join Christian Healthcare Ministries (CHM) as a Member Support Representative —the "front line" of our ministry. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who thrives on connecting with people, solving problems, and offering spiritual encouragement. You'll assist our members through phone and email, addressing general inquiries, verifying information, and supporting them in meaningful ways, including the opportunity to pray with and minister to them.

Essential Job Functions

In this role, you'll:

• Engage with members via phone and email, prioritizing timely and accurate responses.
• Verify and update member information as needed.
• Provide recommendations and suggestions to prospective members.
• Address and escalate member concerns to management when necessary.
• Clearly and concisely communicate guidelines and information.
• Offer emotional support and spiritual encouragement, including prayer.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless member experience.
• Maintain professionalism while embodying CHM’s mission, vision, and values.

What You Bring

• Education : High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency with PCs, Microsoft Office, and routine office equipment.
• Communication : Strong verbal and written skills with active listening abilities.
• Customer Focus : Empathy, patience, and a commitment to exceptional service.
• Organization : Ability to multitask, manage workloads, and solve problems effectively.

Schedule

• 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
