Give yourself a raise! Be your own boss and help pay your bills or add to your savings. The Tampa Bay Times has business opportunities for independent contractors to distribute newspapers throughout the Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando, and Hillsborough areas. Contractor fees are paid weekly.

Requirements:

• Load newspapers onto vehicle.
• Drive personal automobile over city streets or rural roads.
• Deliver newspapers to residential homes or place of business.
• Typical routes average 3-5 hours between the hours of Midnight and 6am, Wednesday morning: Midnight to 8am Sunday morning.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid Florida driver's license, dependable vehicle, and provide proof of auto insurance.
• Must be passionate about providing excellent service.
• Must be service-oriented to provide satisfactory delivery to every customer.
• Work within established deadlines.
• Work in the early morning hours, two days a week (Wednesday and Sunday). No collections involved.
• If you are unable to perform, or choose not to perform, you are contractually obligated to ensure performance by having a reliable back-up transportation or engaging a subcontractor to perform.
• Must be detail-oriented and well organized.
