We are currently looking to hire an Administrative/Data Entry Clerk who is focused, goal oriented and excited about performing repetitive type work. Details of the Job:

• This is a 3 month temporary position
• This is 100% in office--Location is: 1000 Yard St Grandview Heights, OH 43212
• Hours: Monday- Friday 8:00 am- 4:30 pm
• Pay is: $19
• Health Benefits and Weekly Pay
• Free parking

What you would be doing:

We are looking for a candidate to join our client's(this company is on your side) Policy Distribution Team in Grandview Heights, OH. This team manually assembles and mails Annuity contracts and Life policies to ensure members have their vital information as they prepare for and live in retirement(this is a manual process and attention to detail is critical). This team is also responsible for owner and agent related correspondence, distribution maintenance, as well as researching to generating letters for different requirements.

• Matching policy number from a confirmation statement to the package that you are assembling
• Organizing the output, some are placed in a binding and some are left loose. This is based on the type of document it is.
• Placing all work into a folder, then preparing it for a mailing envelope to be mailed
• Average output could range from 40 to 100 contracts per day.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Two years or more experience in an office environment.
• An ability to effectively operate a personal computer with related software.

• Typing 40+wpm
