📍 Boring, Oregon (Hybrid with 60%+ Travel)

💼 $70K–$80K Base + Uncapped Commission

Adams Limitless is hiring on behalf of an innovative modular wall manufacturer expanding across the U.S.

We’re looking for a high-performing, entrepreneurial B2B Outside Sales Rep ready to take full ownership of a growing territory — starting with Southern California and Texas.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prospect, pitch, and close new clients in construction, government, education, and commercial spaces.
• Travel 60%+ of the time to meet clients, conduct site checks, and attend trade shows.
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, quoting, purchase orders, and project follow-through.
• Take on technical details — reviewing site plans, taking field measurements, and coordinating installation needs.
• Be the go-to expert for your territory, tracking all deals and driving growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of B2B outside sales experience (construction or leasing industry a plus)
• Proven track record of beating sales quotas and growing a book of business
• Comfortable wearing steel-toes and using a tape measure on-site
• Strong technical mindset and attention to detail — you own your deals from A to Z
• Confident communicator with great time management
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively
