Job Title: Scheduler - Sr. Customer Service Rep/ Patient Access Liaison II

Location: 1000 S Fremont Ave, Alhambra, CA 91803

Duration: 13 weeks Contract, with a possibility for an extension no guarantees.

Rate Range: $19.99/hr. – $21.99/hr.

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM staggered shifts, possible weekends and must be able to work OT.

Job Description:

• Call center environment and software are different from EHR systems; each requires distinct expertise.
• Handle incoming/outgoing calls, electronic messages, and web communications via call management system.
• Schedule and confirm initial and follow-up medical appointments.
• Register patients and verify insurance coverage.
• Perform data entry, ensure accuracy, and reconcile data as needed.

Skills:

• Call center experience
• Customer service skills
• Healthcare environment experience
• Medical assistant background

Education:

• High School Diploma.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or operations field is strongly preferred.
