Location: Naperville Clinic: 1275 S Naper Blvd, Naperville, IL 60540

Salary: From $95,000+ with monthly uncapped bonuses and sign on!

Job Type : Full Time, Exempt, 8-hour Shifts, Mon-Fri, No Weekends

Qualifications:

-Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Illinois (required)

-Master’s or Doctoral degree from accredited Physical Therapy program (required)

-Three years of clinical experience (required)

-Neurology Specialty (preferred)

-CPR and/or AED qualification (required)

Physical Therapist Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in a comfortable and family oriented paced environment
• Train, mentor, support, newly hired clinical staff and Students placed for clinical experiences.
• Participate in regular staff meetings to continue to uphold the FYZICAL culture and mission to LOVE YOUR LIFE!
• Examine and evaluate new patients
• Establish a diagnosis of condition or conditions and their impact on activity
• Establish a plan goal and time frame
• Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises
• Measure and track intervention effectiveness
• Educate the patient on continuing care
