Job Title: Podcast & Social Media Marketing Coordinator

Location: Remote (based in North America)

Type: Part-Time, Contract

As our Podcast & Social Media Marketing Coordinator , you’ll help bring our and our clients’ thought leadership to life—managing podcast content and growing our and our clients’ presences across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Substack, YouTube, and more.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews for Battery Future with Jill Pestana and NAATBatt’s podcast
• Manage episode uploads and metadata on podcast platforms
• Work with team to write show notes and to prepare promotional graphics or audiograms
• Ensure timely episode delivery
• Provide input on podcasting strategy and track KPIs

• Provide input on social media strategy for Pestana Solutions, Nanoverse Battery Courses, and clients
• Develop and maintain a content calendar across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and Substack
• Transform Pestana Solutions’ and clients’ video/audio content into engaging posts that resonate with battery professionals
• Work with team to design content using Canva and Adobe Illustrator
• Work with team to schedule and publish posts using Metricool
• Support community engagement through comment responses and reposts

• Propose campaign strategies to support audience growth goals
• Meet weekly with team for check-ins and planning
• Track key performance metrics and suggest optimizations
• Maintain organized files, assets, and content drafts in Google Drive and Monday.com

• Experience: 3+ years in podcast production, social media management, and/or marketing coordination
• Storytelling Mindset: You know how to turn expert content into accessible, scroll-stopping posts
• Platform Fluency: Familiar with LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Substack, YouTube, and podcast platforms like Spotify/Apple
• Visual Design: Comfortable creating branded content in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar tools
• Organized and Proactive: You take initiative, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly
• Energy Industry Interest: Bonus if you’ve worked with technical founders or clean energy brands
