Jet Charter Broker

Location: New York *MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO STATEN ISLAND. POSITION IS IN OFFICE 5 DAYS A WEEK. Applicants not able to travel to the office will not be considered.

Job Description:

Jets.com, a global leader in private aviation since 2008, is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our expanding team. Your role will involve cultivating and establishing relationships with new and potential clients, driving charter and Jet-Card sales. Responding to charter quote requests, presenting pricing options, and explaining our Jet-Card program will be central to your responsibilities. Additionally, you'll assist new clients with requests such as catering and ground transportation, ensuring a seamless experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of private aviation, including aircraft and acronyms.
  • Generate and maintain prospect lists, actively seeking new leads. Build rapport with prospects through effective cold calling and email campaigns.
  • Prepare professional and timely pricing options for private flyers. Respond to client requests, ensuring satisfaction with their flights.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, honesty, and ethical conduct. Perform additional tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in the aviation industry.
  • Possess a pleasant and polished professional phone demeanor.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
  • Embody an exceptional work ethic, energy, and entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
