Our telecom client is a leading provider in the telecommunications industry, offering a wide range of services including voice, data, and internet solutions. Rate: $55 - $65 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and implementing project schedules and monitoring progress.
  • Defining and reporting on program roadmaps, status, development issues, and success metrics.
  • Identifying and managing areas of risk while seeking opportunities to improve cost, performance, and schedule.
  • Building and managing budgets effectively.
  • Facilitating communication and coordination among projects to ensure alignment and success.
  • Managing stakeholder engagement and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Staying informed about trends, business conditions, and internal processes impacting projects or the overall program.

Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, preferably in a related industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and programs.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Experience in risk management and strategic planning

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.

W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
