Tiello has partnered with a leading General Contractor who is looking for a Project Manager to oversee the construction of ground-up construction of Commercial and Healthcare projects.

Title: Project Manager (4 - 5 years Healthcare Construction experience as a Project Manager)

Project Types: Hospitals, Medical Centers, Ground- Up Commercial Construction

Job Title: Project ManagerDuties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct Engineers through all essential job responsibilities.
• Negotiate cost-effective subcontract and material purchases
• Set up and implement job procedures and techniques to assure timely buyout, shop drawing approval, and material delivery
• Oversee & Manage the project schedules and budgets
• Oversee, Develop and Maintain a good relationship with the Owner, Architect, and Subcontractors
• Provide the client with value-engineered solutions when applicable
• Manage project deliverables
• Oversee and mentor the project staff to foster a positive team setting

Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of PM experience building ground-up healthcare projects
• Strong communication skills with clients, subcontractors, and design consultants.
• Strong work ethic, team player with strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, mathematical, and sound judgment skills
• BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar preferred.
