Job Description

Vesta Preferred is seeking a driven and dedicated Associate Broker who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Position Highlights:

  • Full-time role requiring a valid Real Estate License.
  • Salary plus commission.
  • Designed for individuals with 0-2 years of experience who are ready to fully commit to mastering the foundational skills of real estate.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting partners and senior brokers with daily tasks, client management, and appointments.
  • Hosting open houses, conducting inspections, and ensuring properties are market-ready.
  • Managing and updating the CRM (FollowUpBoss) to maintain accurate client records and complete daily follow-up tasks.
  • Handling client communications, and relationship management, and lead follow-ups to set appointments with senior brokers.
  • Managing a variety of responsibilities and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.

Compensation:

$43,500 + Commission

Qualifications:
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends
  • Communicates well, both verbally and written
